Exceptional staff, courteous and thoughtful. Intimate atmosphere despite being a large hotel. Beautiful grounds and beach. Magnificent suite upgrade. Outstanding facilities.

Located in an exclusive area, with excellent service, Rosewood has beautiful decor throughout. Guests can enjoy dinner in the Library or Commonwealth restaurant, and even take a trip to the Cove in the Atlantis. Rooms offer luxury amenities such as bone china cups and saucers, motion sensor lighting, and USB charging ports.
The front desk service at check, in and check, out could be improved, and guests are not able to have an extra hour for check, out.

Stunning location, great pool!
Had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the Bahamas. The location was stunning! It was quick and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The pool area was fantastic, we loved it! The staff was courteous and helpful when we needed assistance, which made us feel welcomed.
Poor service, overpriced food.

The location right on the beach was amazing, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun and feeling the sand between my toes. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfying. The staff were friendly and provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

the amenities were exclusive and luxurious. Our needs were promptly fulfilled by the attentive service staff. the room was spacious and had numerous exclusive advantages. We especially enjoyed the private facilities, which were well-maintained and allowed for a relaxing stay. Outdoor dining was an experience to remember, with top-quality service and delicious cuisine.
Our only issue was a minor one. We encountered a slight delay in the service when we requested additional towels and toiletries, but this was rectified quickly.

Great value considering the price point. Convenient location and courteous front desk staff. the hotel has top-notch amenities, the breakfast selection was quite impressive, and the pool area is very relaxing.
The rooms are not soundproof, the housekeeping service was not provided to an adequate standard, and the restaurant service was excruciatingly slow.
